Privacy Policy
Fresh Filings ("we," "us") operates freshfilingsfl.com and provides a weekly email of newly-registered Florida businesses sourced from public records. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- From subscribers: your name, email address, business name, chosen counties, and billing details (payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number).
- From recipients of our outreach: business contact information (name, business email, company) obtained from business-data providers and public sources, used solely to offer our service.
- Business-registration data: public records published by the Florida Division of Corporations. This is public business information, not private consumer data.
How we use information
- To deliver the weekly list and operate your subscription.
- To contact you about your account and respond to your messages.
- To send relevant business-to-business outreach, with an opt-out in every message.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email provider), under their respective terms.
Your choices
- Opt out anytime: reply "unsubscribe" to any email or use the unsubscribe link, and we remove you promptly.
- Access or deletion: email noah@freshfilingsfl.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Data security
We use reputable third-party providers with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
