By subscribing to or using Fresh Filings, you agree to these terms.

The service

Fresh Filings delivers a periodic list of newly-registered Florida businesses compiled from public records published by the Florida Division of Corporations. The service is intended for legitimate business-to-business outreach.

Acceptable use

You will use the data lawfully and in compliance with applicable marketing, telemarketing, and email laws (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any state equivalents).
You will honor opt-out requests from anyone you contact.
You will not use the data to harass, defraud, or harm any person or business, and will not resell the raw data.

Accuracy

Data is compiled from public records and provided "as is." Public records can contain errors or omissions; we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy, and results depend on how you use the information.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. If your first weekly list isn't useful, contact us for a full refund of that payment.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Filings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
